It’s so weird but I always have seen the recording sessions while listening to this album even as a very young teen. When I listen to the album I literally SEE the now legendary trio of exceptional talent that is Dallas Austin, Monica and Debra Killings. The beautiful Monica! Monica’s “Miss Thang” is a hallmark in contemporary R&B/Pop. This was Monicas debut Cd, and it was and still is a great one.She was only 14 or 15 when she recorded this but even after all these years I enjoy hearing the sings on Miss Thang.
